OPTIONS
OPTION
1: Minimum Payment
- This option gives you more cash flow now and keeps your monthly payments
low. Example, you can get by making only $632 per month on a loan amount
of $250,000. Your initial monthly payment will be based upon your low
initial interest rate. This can be fixed for 1 year or five years. This
payment increases the current loan balance while providing you the
flexibility of making lowest possible payment.
OPTION
2: Interest
Only Payment - At those times when the minimum monthly payment
is less than the monthly interest due, you can avoid deferred interest.
Example, you can get by making only $1562 per month on a loan amount of
$250,000.Making an "interest only" payment does not increase or
decrease the current loan balance.
OPTION
3: Principal
and Interest payment - 30 year or 40 year amortization. This
payment is like as if you got a loan to be paid off in 30 yr amortization
or a 40 year amortization.
OPTION
4: Principal and
Interest payment - 15 year - This is
the fully amortized payment for 15 years and paid off in 15 years. Usually
this option is the highest amount.
