The man behind Property Transactions LLC  is a licensed  realtor, licensed mortgage broker, pre-construction specialist, cash flow analyst, with expertise in  property  appreciation evaluation, finding the best deal in the market for a specified product - condos, homes, condo hotels, land, out of state, out of country, investor himself, new home specialist, deal maker, deal n, wheeler and , evaluate client requirements and suggest solutions and whose goal is to help others achieve personal and financial success.  His motto is to Love God, make money and help others!!! 

His background is technical, with a Masters degree in computers and electrical engineer M.S.E.E and used that tool to work in the Corporate America  for 14 years, just like Mamma wanted him to do .....but soon this made him realize that the rat race and the corporate drama was too much for his liking. His ethnicity is Indian and proud to be born there, and very happy and proud to be an American Citizen as well.  His views are balanced east-west views of harmony and freedom, of choice and peace of independence and dependence!!!

His acquired many skills from working 14 yrs in Corporate America  with clients and professionals  in several  business units. Thus he acquired skills for evaluation, negotiation and persuasion   of whats best for his company. He then realized the need for shift to find and do whats  best for the customer which did not sit well with his sales management and thats where the friction between him and his management started and it was true that he was praised by his customers but not so liked by his managers. Also, the pressure and anxiety to see others steal credit for his work, did not sit well in his young, immature and impetuous mind. Anyways, since then, he did acquire skills, patience and most importantly wisdom. He grew in various areas of technical skills, customer liaison work, corporate applications, field applications engineering, customer training with total presentations in over 20 states all over US and Canada  to over 700+ engineers and customers, (winning awards as best presenter of the group several times), technical sales, marketing and  interfacing with  clients - well over 2000 customers and over 250 companies of them including big names such as Apple Computers, Microsoft, Boeing, Cisco Systems, IBM, Lucent, Sony, HP, Intel, AMD, Toshiba, Hitachi, Brocade, Northrop Grumman, nVidia, Lockheed Martin in Orlando (little did he know then, thats where he was being led...) to name a few and also worked with several  smaller startups back then such as Juniper Networks, Velio Communications, and Luminous Networks....

He was loved by his customers with very high endorsements and had many recommendations as best engineer for presentation skills, and problem solving and solution providing that made best financial and technical solution to his customers...that did not go well with Corporate America Mgmt as well! 

He was not liked by his mgmt for his brutal honesty and for his revolutionary ideas and concepts which did not go well with mgmt that unseated their credibility.....to a point where he was unjustly booted out by several top  companies like Altera Corporation and Lattice Semiconductor for they needed to CYA, where they knew they did the wrong thing as proved by his legal counsel but he did not have the time, patience or the money to pursue anything against  them....Altera  settled some out of court! Lattice settled mutually! 

He had a good intention, but being immature and young, he did not have the diplomacy to make it work nor did he  want to work for them! He knew that was  a dead end. But what he did not know was where to go to pay the bills ? and live a life! The only thing that saved his behind was that he bought a property in Sunnyvale in 1995 and finally sold it in 2006! When he needed money in 2004, he had equity to pull money to save him. He believed this concept could save others and persevered and pursued a shift in his career in  real estate to find out the ins and outs.....

He still pursued this  dream in this world - a dream in believing in yourself, helping others in a product thats most important for every human need besides food and water - thats shelter - thats real estate, if that saved him, he believed it can save others too...plus, helping others came natural and as he always knew that doing the right thing will always triumph! In some sense, he left the Corporate World for Disney World and Sea World....of kids and fun and family! It remained to be seen if his colleagues thought he was a cuckoo or another bum! 

He pursued this dream - a scary one - more like a day-dream or a night mare to leave it all, all of it  and go do real estate and mortgages and banked his entire career and life on it to make a new beginning and that seed took life when it started to sprout with that one choice - to drive down from San Francisco to Orlando in July of 2004 to start fresh on this new hope.

He did very well in pre-construction real estate boom that followed till middle of 2006

He suffered very much after the market bust in mid 2006! He went broke midway there and realized the importance of life and to  relate to the  priorities in life. He survived with much help from family, friends and church! He was very grateful for that - so much so that he dedicated his life to help others do better in life, to break down the corporate America stranglehold  (that it has on people to stress them out,  to overwork and treat them worse than slaves so much  so the investors are treated better than workers) and to be able to help people find more rewarding and fulfilling life.  He decided to fight them at a grass root level - a human level to give every human a chance to do better at life, with family and for God! With great pride, humility and thankfulness, he approaches each and every day to help others help themselves! He is a president of Board of directors and volunteers his time for church and environment causes!
